EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) is a high-efficiency manufacturing technology for hollow plastic products.
During production, plastic pellets are heated and melted, then extruded through an extruder to form a continuous tubular parison. The parison is subsequently transferred into a mold and inflated by compressed air to adhere to the inner wall of the mold, finally forming bottle bodies.
Featuring high equipment efficiency, fast production speed and remarkable cost advantages, EBM is one of the most widely adopted bottle manufacturing methods in the daily chemical packaging industry.
In the cosmetics industry, materials such as PE and PP are commonly processed via EBM to produce bottles for shampoo, body wash, lotion and other products.
This technology enables the production of bottles in various capacities and shapes. It also supports multi-layer co-extrusion technology to achieve barrier properties, anti-permeation performance and the application of eco-friendly PCR materials.
