IM

IM (Injection Molding) is one of the most core and mature processing technologies in the manufacturing of plastic products.

Its working principle is to heat and melt plastic pellets, then inject them into the cavity of a precision mold under high pressure, and form the required product after cooling.

In the cosmetics packaging industry, IM is mainly used to produce high-precision products with complex structures such as bottle caps, pump head assemblies, powder compacts, cream jars, inner liners of vacuum bottles, and decorative parts.

The injection molding process has the advantages of high production efficiency, good dimensional stability, and high degree of automation, and can realize the production of complex textures, thread structures, and multi-cavity molds.

Through technologies such as two-color injection molding and overmolding, the design freedom of packaging can be further improved, and different material combinations and high-level visual effects can be achieved.
